Do you sell to the retail public? Or do you operate on a wholesale basis?
We service both wholesale and retail customers. To find out if we can be of service to you, we invite you to contact us.

Orders

Do you require customers to order a minimum number of pieces?
It really depends. On in-stock items, there is no minimum order quantity. For most other items, the minimum order quantity is twelve (12).

Do you offer embroidery and/or screenprinting?
Yes. We provide both embroidery and screenprinting to our customers.

Is there a minimum order required for embroidery or screenprinting?
On any new orders, the minimum order is 12 pieces. On any subsequent orders (i.e. repeats), smaller quantities are available. Additional charges and a 50% deposit apply to all customized and personalized orders.

How much do you charge for oversize orders?
Oversize charges apply as follows:

  • Sizes 50" - 52" (2XL) add 10%
  • Sizes 54" - 56" (3XL) add 20%
  • Size 58" add 25%
  • Size 60" add 40%
  • size 62" add 85%

How long will my order take to be delivered?
Once again, it really depends. In-stock merchandise can often be picked up almost immediately, while custom orders that include embroidery or silkscreening typically take 3 to 4 weeks.

Freight

How much do you charge for freight?
Freight charges are F.O.B. Richmond, BC. Delivery is Greyhound Courier Express unless otherwise specified (you may also request that your order be made available for pick up).

Do you ship to areas outside British Columbia?
Yes, we ship and service businesses across Canada and the United States.

Payment

What are your payment terms?
Terms of payment for all orders is net 30 days.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cheques, money orders, or cash. We do not accept credit cards or Interac.

Who should I make my cheque out to?

Returns

What is your policy regarding returns?
Returned or refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus freight. Any used, altered or custom merchandise or embroidered garments are not eligible for return, and returns must be made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the merchandise.
